HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Wednesday, 12/17: Last day to order with Standard Shipping by 12pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST on 12/17 with Standard Shipping are not guaranteed for Christmas Day delivery.

Sunday, 12/21: Last day to order with Two-Day Shipping by 11:59 pm PST.

Any orders placed after 11:59 pm PST on 12/21 with Standard or Two-Day Shipping are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Day.

Monday, 12/22: Last day to order non-custom pieces with Next Business Day Shipping by 11:59 pm PST. Orders placed after 11:59 pm PST on

12/22 with Standard, Two-Day, or Next-Day Shipping are not guaranteed for Christmas Day delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS Surepost, DHL or FedEx. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are not eligible for Standard shipping at this time.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING CHARGES

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free Standard shipping. 

Please report any issues with the shipping, handling, or delivery of your package within 14 days from time of purchase to hello@rivka712.com
